Several years ago a group of renegade chefs gathered to discuss the mysteries of life and have a few cold ones, when they had an urge for buffalo-style chicken wings. Embarking on the search to quell their desire, they found nothing but bland, mass produced chicken wings. The task was set; create the finest buffalo-style chicken wing recipe and give it respect.

So, being semi-intellectual themselves, they felt the simpler the better, hence we have "Wings & Rings".

After beginning the legend in southern Florida, our roving band of restaurateurs has now brought their illustrious restaurant to the global marketplace. Everyone has the opportunity to share in the fine food and fabulous atmosphere.
